I have family roots in India, but I was born and raised in Switzerland. As a kid I noticed that in Switzerland I was perceived as the Indian and in India I was perceived as the Swiss. This exposed me early on to the question Who am I?

I initially started my journey of Self-Discovery through traveling, endurance sports and conversations with people. Then I discovered Psychosynthesis and the Vedas, which drastically changed my Self-Awareness and the way I live my life. I highly value simplicity, authenticity and the freedom to manage my time and location

My Next Adventure:
Complete a 100 km march in less than 24 hours.

I support people experiencing themselves in full authenticity through teaching, coaching and meditation. I recognized my passion for teaching in high school as my mother asked me to help her improve her skills in Italian. Since then I helped many students for more than a decade with building their knowledge in STEM, developing their own learning method and creating a empowering self-image. I realized that for me there is no greater knowledge than the inner knowledge.

Therefore, I shifted my profession from teaching about the outer world to guide purposeful people to become self-aware and manifest their inner light. With this intent I created Authentic Self Academy

My Next Professional Project:

Organizing retreats for coaches to share skills and tool to improve Self-Awareness and Self-Mastery in the work with the clients
